Arrive Lima. Reception at the airport and transfer to the 3* Exclusive Hotel. Rest and relax from the long flight and enjoy an evening at leisure.
Day 2. Lima - Cusco BAfter breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Arrive and transfer to the 3* Casa San Blas Hotel. Use this day at leisure to acclimatize to the altitude. Check out the local museums, artisan markets, cafes, and plazas.
Day 3. Cusco Cycling Tour BBegin your bike ride tour with a basic ride around Cusco. We will ride the best downhill route of Cusco city, away from the typical touristic paths and getting to know the "must see" places of Cusco: we will ride from Pucapucara down to Kenko, Sacsaywaman, Lanlacuyoc, and Kusilluchayoc Inka temples. Then we follow an old Inka trail that will take us trough the narrow cobble stone streets of San Blas neighborhood, the Teteqaqa sanctuary, the twelve angles stone, and finally Cusco's Main Square. Accommodation at the Casa San Blas Hotel.
Day 4. Huaypo/Moray/Maras Biking B, LToday the adventure begins with a bus trip to the starting point at Chinchero plateau (high plains) from there we start riding towards Huaypo Lagoon. Then we follow an undulating road to the amazing and interesting agro-experimental Inka center of Moray where will have a box lunch and time to marvel with the breathtaking landscape. After a short relaxing time we will start an exciting descent by mule track to Las Salineras (pre- Inka Salt Mines). The route ends in the Sacred Valley of the Inkas. Accommodation at the 3* Pakaritampu Hotel.
Day 5. Calca/Lares Cycling B, L, DFrom the Sacred Valley we will drive two hours to Huayracpunku pass (4000m), there we’ll start our adventure riding from the Andean highlands down to the Lares valley, along the route we will see remote Andean communities with people dressed in their traditional brightly colored ponchos, they live in thatched stone houses surrounded by herds of peaceful llamas and alpacas.
As soon as we descent the landscape changes into a colorful valley with spectacular views of the mountains. In the afternoon we will enjoy a relaxing bath at the best open air Hot Springs in Cusco. Camping.
Today we return by bus to Huayracpunku pass for maybe the best downhill route in south America, we ride through an old Inka trail section and dirt route surrounded by scenic views of the Vilcanota mountain range. After 4 hours ride we arrive to the village of Calca in the Sacred Valley of the Inkas. Accommodation at a local hostal or camping.
Day 7. Calca/ Abra Malaga/ Santa Maria Cycling B, L, DToday we change the direction to the west part of Cusco in the way that conduce to Machupicchu “The Lost city of the Inkas” We start driving two hours by bus to Abra Malaga pass (4315m), once on the top the breathtaking views of Mt Veronica (5682m) and the deep tropical forest at the bottom will invite us to take our bikes for an amazing downhill adventure. We will ride by dirt road for around five hours to the village of Santa Maria with spectacular 2500m of vertical drop. During the ride we’ll cross different microclimates descending from gelid snow capped mountains to the warm high tropical forest. We will spend the night at the small village of Santa Maria in a Familiar Hostel.
Day 8. Anta Maria/ Aguas Calientes, Cycling B, LAfter breakfast we take a short bus trip to Cochaqasa pass, from there we continue with our mountain bike adventure riding through banana and coffee plantations to Santa Teresa Village. After crossing the Urubamba river, we ride towards Machupicchu Power Plant, from where a 45 minutes train trip take us to the village of Aguas Calientes which is located just bellow Machupicchu. Accommodation at the 3* Hanaqpacha Hotel.
Day 9. Machu Picchu BTo crown the tour, we will enjoy the entire day visiting Machupicchu "The lost city of the Incas" A guided tour of this marvelous citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of Three Windows, the Circular Tower and the Sacred Sun Dial and Burial Grounds. After the tour you will have plenty of time at the ruins for self exploration. In the Afternoon we take the train back to Cusco. Arrive Cusco and transfer to the 3* Casa San Blas Hotel. Free evening at leisure.
Day 10. Cusco – Lima – Mancora B, DAfter breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima (14:25 – 15:45) and connecting flight to Mancora (16:25 – 18:00). Arrive Tumbes Airport and transfer to Mancora (1 ½ hour transfer) and to the Las Pocitas de Mancora Hotel, located right on the beach. Enjoy your sea views. (Arrive to Marcora around 9 pm at night).
Day 11. Mancora B, DFree day at leisure on the beach. Enjoy all the activities of the resort, and of course of the beach area. Try surfing, windsurfing, lounging, swimming, boogie boarding, etc.
Day 12. Mancora B, DFree day at leisure on the beach. Accommodation at the Las Pocitas.
Day 13. Mancora B, DFree day at leisure on the beach. Accommodation at the Las Pocitas.
Day 14. Mancora - Tumbes - Lima B, DAfter breakfast, transfer to Tumbes for your flight to Lima (Arriving at 08:20 or 19:55). Arrive Lima and transfer to the 5* Las Americas Hotel where you will enjoy a suite for your last night in Peru. In the evening head out to the Huaca Pucllana Restaurant, where you will sit outside by candle light with direct views of the pre-Inca ruin in front of you, all lit up at night. After you enjoy dinner at the renowned restaurant with an a la carte dinner, transfer back to your hotel.
Day 15. Lima BAfter breakfast, transfer to the airport for your international flight home.
