Day 1: Lima
Arrival in Lima. Transfer to the 5* Deluxe Country Club Hotel
Day 2. Lima Golf Day
Enjoy a wonderful day of Golf at Country Club La Planicie, (18 holes). After the exciting day of Golf, enjoy a great lunch at a luxurious restaurant. Transfer to your hotel, and opportunity of a massage back at your hotel.
Day 3. Lima City Tour and Golf
A guided visit of colonial and modern Lima, including the cathedral, dating from 1654, the main square, which still houses the original bronze fountain built in 1650, and the San Francisco Convent and its catacombs. Known as the city of the kings, Lima was founded in 1535 by Pizarro and rebuilt in 1991, the same year that UNESCO declared it a world heritage site. One of the very few South American cities that preserve the colonial past, Lima was home to the Spanish viceroy during the time of the Spanish colonialists. After lunch at a selected restaurant, prepare for another exciting round of golf.
Day 4. Golf day at the Lima Golf Club
Transfer to the Lima Golf Club, the best golf course in the country. The club was founded in the 20’s by English immigrants, who never let go of their passion. Nowadays, it is considered to be the most elegant and complete golf club in the country, and one of the best in the region.
Day 5: Cuzco - City tour
Transfer for an early flight to Cuzco. Transfer to your hotel, the 5* deluxe Casa Cartagena. A guided tour of Cuzco including the cathedral, Qoricancha temple, the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman overlooking Cuzco, Qenko and Puka Pukara. Return to the hotel. Dinner in the evening followed by a folkloric show. Overnight at your comfortable room.
Day 6. Cuzco – Sacred Valley
After breakfast, excursion to the beautiful Urubamba, the Sacred Valley of the Inca (in private) situated between Pisac and Ollantaytambo. The Sacred Valley is an exceptionally fertile valley that was and still remains the larder of Cuzco. Visit the village of Pisac, and visit the ruins above the town. This site attracts few visitors. Transfer a luxurious restaurant. After lunch, the trip continues to Ollantaytambo and transfer to your hotel. Late afternoon visit to the ruins above Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town that was not defeated by the Spanish. Overnight at the Casa Cartagena.
Day 7. Cuzco – Machu Picchu
Today you will have a private guided tour of one of the Seven Wonders of the World. After the tour you will have some free time to explore the site before returning down to Aguas Calientes and taking the train back to Cuzco in the afternoon. Overnight at the Casa Cartagena Hotel.
Day 8. Arequipa - City tour
Flight to Arequipa. Transfer to your hotel the Casa Andina Private Collection. Free morning to relax. After lunch at one of the best restaurants in Arequipa, you will enjoy a guided tour of the white city, so-called because many of the buildings are made of volcanic sillar. Visiting the Chilina valley and the old San Lazaro district with a general view of the city from the Yanahuara Belvedere. There are marvellous views including the imposing Misti Volcano overlooking the city. A visit to the Plaza de Armas and its Cathedral, the cloisters of La Compañia Church, the Church and Square of San Francisco and the extraordinary Santa Catalina convent which is built from volcanic lava and dates from the 16th century. A visit will also be made to the museum to see Juanita, the finest preserved mummy in South America. Return to your hotel. Dinner in the evening overlooking the splendid main square.
Day 9. Arequipa – Golf Day
Transfer to the gorgeous Arequipa Golf Club (18 holes) a wonderful place to practice your favourite sport. Transfer to a selected restaurant for a nice dinner. Overnight at your hotel..
Day 10. Arequipa – Golf Day
Opportunity of a second Golf day. Lunch at a selected deluxe restaurant. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 11. Arequipa – Colca Canyon
After breakfast, departure from Arequipa, passing near the thermal baths of Yura and climbing up towards the National Reserve of Pampa de Cañahuas (3,800m), where groups of alpacas, vicuñas and sometimes huanacos can be seen. After several more hours, the descent to the Colca Valley starts until we arrive at Chivay, the most important town of the valley. Accommodation at the fabulous Colca Lodge, set in the Colca Valley itself. With its very own hot springs, relax in the fabulous surroundings of the Canyon.
Day 12. Colca Canyon – Arequipa
Early breakfast at the hotel. Then an early departure to Cruz del Condor viewpoint, a few kilometres before Cabanaconde, where the Colca Canyon starts. Here one gets a fine view of the flight of the condors as well as of the depth of the canyon. In the afternoon return to Arequipa and to your hotel the Casa Andina Private Collection.
Day 13. Arequipa – Lima
Flight to Lima. Connection flight home.
