Museo Histórico Regional (RegionalHistoricalMuseum)
Founded in 1984, and now occupies the House of the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, with an exhibition of pictorial works of the Cuzco school. This beautifully restored building was declared a National Monument.
Museo de Arte Religioso (Museum of Religious Art)
An exhibition of religious works of art of the colonial time and located in thePalacio Arzobispal, beautiful colonial building. Built on the real palace of the Inca Sinchi Roca, on one of its megalithic walls, in the lateral part, on the street of Hatun Rumiyoc one can find the famous stone of the 12 angles.
Museo Arqueológico de la Universidad NacionalSan Antonio Abad (ArchaeologicalMuseum of the National University San Antonio de Abad)
An exhibition of archaeological artefacts of the Inca culture and objects and furniture of the colonial time. Located on the "Casa del Almirante"(House of the Admiral), it is a construction of the XVII century that belonged to Admiral Francisco Aldrete Maldonado. It is an old colonial house with stone facades that show the coat-of-arms.
