Climbing Misti 5825m
After breakfast, travel by 4X4 truck towards the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve. Camping at Aguada Blanca at 4050m.

ITINERARY
Day 1: Arequipa

After breakfast, travel by 4X4 truck towards the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve. Camping at Aguada Blanca at 4050m.

Day 2: Aguada Blanca

After breakfast, we start the slow ascent towards the Base Camp of Monte Blanco at 4800m. This will take about four hours of hiking. Camping for the night.

Day 3: Monte Blanco

Very early start for the summit at 5825m. For most this will take about six hours. A visit to the crater of Misti to see fumarole activity. Return to the base camp. From here you will then return to Arequipa.

Choose from a wide variety of climbs in the Cordillera Occidental such as Corupuna, Ampato, Chachani, Mismi, Pichu Pichu and Ubinas. For more information, contact us.

Our Price Includes: includes private transportation to and from the start of the climb, all food on the climb including cook, porters, all camping equipment, a bilingual professional UIAGM mountain guide and entrances to the National Park. Our price does not include: Acclimatisation days, hotels in Arequipa and flights to Arequipa
