SONESTA POSADA DEL INCA HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY |
Any refund will be processed immediately but must be requested in writing and include all relevant information. Any refund will be given within two weeks of cancellation.
If the cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your deposit will be refunded less any administrative costs.
If the cancellation is received within 15-29 days of arrival, your refund will be subject to a penalty equal to 30% of the deposit.
If the cancellation is received less than 14 days of arrival, no refund will be given.
All administrative costs will be assumed by the client.
