Booking conditions: Amazing Peru requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance of all monies due should be made by credit card (for which a 5% credit card surcharge is levied) or electronic bank transfer (for which a transaction charge of $30 is levied) no later than 60 days before your check-in date. Amazing Peru endeavours at all times to charge discounted prices as Amazing Peru operates directly with the establishments rather than through agencies. However, Amazing Peru will not accept any responsibility should a lower rate become available after the client has confirmed the reservation, this is beyond our control. Amazing Peru endeavours to publish all correct prices but cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the establishment. If the price quoted differs from the new price charged by the establishment by more than 10%, the client has the right to cancel the booking and have all monies refunded less any administrative costs.
Cancellation Policy: Any refund will be processed immediately but must be requested in writing and include all relevant information. Any refund will be given within two weeks of cancellation.
If the cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your deposit will be refunded less any administrative costs. If the cancellation is received within 15-29 days of arrival, your refund will be subject to a penalty equal to 30% of the deposit. If the cancellation is received less than 14 days of arrival, no refund will be given.
All administrative costs will be assumed by the client.
Late Bookings: For any bookings required within 60 days of your anticipated check-in date, please contact us by email to check availability. If Amazing Peru is able to confirm availability for your requested dates, payment must be made in full by credit card or electronic bank transfer at the time of booking.
